This is a formative moment for sharing educational practice grounded in Film, both inside
and outside Amarante Secondary School, revealing it — through a plurality of initiatives
(Philosophy through Film, the National Film Plan) — as an inclusive Art par excellence.

The education of the gaze, as a requirement for expanding thought, feeling, imagination
and action, is the premise underlying an integral education, essentially practical in nature,
leading to challenges, concerns and obstacles that demand critical examination.
