On my balcony, little birds come to visit all the time. I love listening to their chirps. When I’m tired of homework, their voices bring me outside. I see them brushing their feathers, hunting for bugs in the flowerpots, or sneaking a bite of my tangerines. In this hot, crowded city, these tiny visitors always cheer me up. Soon, I realized their calls actually mean something! They call to friends, fight for space, and baby birds beg their moms for food. The birds are really talking! I hope I can invent a bird-language translator one day, so I can finally understand them… and maybe even gossip with them
